“Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, interpretation, validity, breach, performance of obligations, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and settled by arbitration under the rules of the Asaba Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Commission.”
